Terms of Use for Lendora

These Terms of Use govern your application for an online cash loan. By applying for a loan, you agree to these terms before your loan application will be processed. The lending company will only evaluate your application once you accept these Terms of Use. However, acceptance of these terms does not guarantee loan approval. The decision to approve or deny the loan application, and the continuation of any account, is at the sole discretion of the lending company. The lending company reserves the right to deactivate any debtor’s account at any time, without liability or damages, and at its sole discretion. These Terms of Use are in addition to any other agreements between you and the lending company and remain valid throughout the duration of the credit service provided.
